How do I order samples?
Please email or phone us for ordering of samples, telling us which designs you would like, you may order as many samples as you like, each sample will be charged for at the current selling price, once we have received your sample order and payment, your samples will be with you within 7 days

When do I need to order my stationery?
We would advise you sending your invitations out at least 8 - 12 weeks before you day, this gives all your guests time to RSVP. You will need to order your stationery at least 6-8 weeks prior to the time you will be sending your invitations out to allow for delivery of your stationery.

What happens if I only have a few weeks until I need to send my stationery out?
Please contact us by email and we can discuss your timescale's with you.

When will I receive my proofs:
Wording for proofs will be required by either email or post before a full set of proofs will be completed, once completed these will be sent to you for approval, once approved full creation will begin.

When will my stationery be delivered?
As soon as your order is complete and payment has been received, delivery will be made using The Royal Mail special delivery service, this is a next day service, and will need to be signed for, it does also offer insurance for all items. Please see terms and conditions page for current rates, the final cost of delivery will be added to your final bill.

Payments:
Payments can be made by cheque once we have received your sample request or order in full we will contact you by email to advise you where to send payments.
